Lauren Mathys, founder and sole proprietor of Bluecrest Consulting-Lauren Mathys, is a consultant and coach in the field of strategy.  She specializes in Blue Ocean Strategy thinking and has completed the Blue Ocean Strategy qualification process under the supervision of INSEAD professors W. Chan Kim - who was Lauren's strategy professor when she did her MBA at INSEAD - and Renée Mauborgne, authors of the best-selling business book Blue Ocean Strategy.  Lauren has applied Blue Ocean Strategy in corporate settings, putting into practice the concepts and frameworks developed during twenty years of research into hundreds of businesses.  Prior to setting up her own business, Lauren worked for over twenty years in the biopharmaceuticals industry in a variety of positions including R&D Project Manager, Head of R&D Planning & Control, Corporate Director of Strategic Planning, Head of Business Intelligence/Pharmacoeconomics/Marketing Planning, and Corporate Vice President Strategic Marketing.  Lauren draws on her network of qualified Blue Ocean Strategy experts to put together the right team for each project.
